What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Project Manager ( Virtual Assistant ) position at Jobs via Dice?
Our client is looking for a Project Manage that has supported a AI virtual Voice Assistant Project to come in and lead some key projects across the enterprise related to this tool and integrating it with other tools in their environment. Our client has an AI tool (Amelia) which serves as a virtual voice assistant. Specifically they are already using it some within Epic but would like to broaden the scope of that into other regions of the company. They are currently using it for patient access (confirming, scheduling, cancelling appointments), revenue cycle, and pharmacy all within the Epic platform through an integration. The client would like to expand the footprint with where they are currently using it within epic, but would also like to integrate the tool with Workday and their facilities management tool (Asset Works). This person will be responsible for managing the projects related to the integration from a planning, implementing, testing, budget tracking, executive briefing perspective. The desire would be for someone to have experience with this tool or something similar.
