Seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead AI projects that enhance grid reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience within our energy organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of AI and data initiatives across departments.
- Drive AI strategy, governance, and adoption.
- Partner with engineering, IT, and data teams to deliver business-driven solutions.
- Develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Report progress and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
Predictive maintenance, load forecasting, grid optimization, renewable integration, energy trading analytics, and outage prediction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master s preferred).
- 10 years of tech project management experience, ideally in energy.
- Proven track record in AI or digital transformation projects.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile and cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
- PMP or equivalent certification required.
