Job Title: Project Manager AI Initiatives

Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite initially; hybrid after 30 days)

Department: Digital Transformation / AI & Data

Overview:

Seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead AI projects that enhance grid reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience within our energy organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of AI and data initiatives across departments.
• Drive AI strategy, governance, and adoption.
• Partner with engineering, IT, and data teams to deliver business-driven solutions.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Report progress and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
  
  

Key AI Applications:

Predictive maintenance, load forecasting, grid optimization, renewable integration, energy trading analytics, and outage prediction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master s preferred).
• 10 years of tech project management experience, ideally in energy.
• Proven track record in AI or digital transformation projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile and cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
