We're looking for staff augmentation that has strong BA and AI skills. Top candidates for this assignment are expected to quickly move forward to create immediate impact. The consultant in each location will be asked to sit with different members of the team over the assignment – in each deep-dive, quickly understanding the best opportunities to deploy efficiency through AI capabilities and once aligned with leadership, lead the development and deployment. Tools leveraged should be from the current list of approved software options: ChatGPT, Copilot, and Amazon Quick Suite.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where speed and adaptability matter more than rigid frameworks. You'll sit directly with team members, understand their day-to-day challenges, offer solutions that could help make them more efficient, and help implement practical AI solutions that deliver immediate value. In many cases, our people already know what they need—they just haven't had the time or support to make it happen. That's where you come in.
This engagement is flexible by design. It could last one month, one year, or longer—depending on the value you deliver and the needs that emerge. There's potential for temp-to-hire, but the primary focus is on immediate impact.

What You'll Do
- Engage immediately with business teams to understand their roles, workflows, and pain points
- Listen first—your ability to truly hear what people need is critical to success in this role
- Identify AI opportunities where tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Quick Suite can solve real problems
- Collaborate hands-on to pressure test ideas and help implement solutions alongside team members (and in some cases – go and develop the solution on your own)
- Move fast—develop recommendations quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Serve as an extra set of hands for teams with great ideas but limited bandwidth
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Document solutions in a practical, accessible way that enables ongoing adoption
Must-Haves:
- Deep AI understanding—you know how generative AI works and can apply it to business problems
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI tools in a business context
- Exceptional listening skills—you ask the right questions and truly understand what people need
- Strong communication—you can explain AI concepts clearly to anyone
- Speed to engage—you can start contributing from day one
- Process intuition—you quickly grasp how work gets done and where AI can help
