Kforce has a client seeking a remote AI/MLOps Engineer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The AI/MLOps Engineer will support AI-driven initiatives within an ITSM environment. This role will focus on working with existing, pre-built models and building solutions around them, including agents, automation, and data-driven insights. The primary goal is to leverage data across multiple systems to identify patterns, detect correlations, and provide proactive insights into potential incidents and issues.

Responsibilities:
- Perform prompt engineering and prompt governance, ensuring consistency and managing bias and hallucinations in AI outputs
- Build and deploy agents, bots, and automation workflows to support routine operational tasks
- Work with existing models (provided) and apply them effectively within use cases
- Extract data from multiple sources and platforms using APIs
- Scrape, synthesize, and normalize data from various systems
- Analyze data across systems to identify correlations within specific timeframes
- Generate concise outputs, reports, or notifications based on data insights
- Build or support interactive dashboards for operational insights
- Detect patterns across multiple data points
- Indicate when an issue is likely to occur
- Reference previous incidents and resolutions
- Implement fail-safes and validation approaches when models produce inaccurate or unreliable outputs
- MTTR
- Detection time
- Experience with prompt engineering, including handling hallucination, bias, and consistency
- Development experience with ability to build agents, bots, and automation solutions
- Strong experience working with APIs and data extraction across platforms
- Experience with data scraping, normalization, and synthesis
- Ability to analyze and correlate data across multiple sources
- Experience with Python
- Familiarity with statistical analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy)
