Summary:
The AI Governance Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring responsible, compliant, and well-integrated use of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role partners closely with Compliance, Regulatory, and operational teams to align AI intake and governance processes with existing workflows, identify gaps, and support ongoing AI governance operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical rigor, process management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- AI Intake Process Reconciliation: Align and reconcile the AI intake process with existing operational workflows to ensure seamless integration, consistency, and end-to-end traceability; Support the operationalization of AI governance standards across teams
- Gap Analysis & Process Alignment: Conduct comparative analyses between Juniper's AI governance processes and current internal practices; Identify process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements to strengthen AI oversight and compliance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements; Serve as a key liaison to drive alignment and shared accountability across functions
- Use Case Inventory & Framework Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive inventory of AI use cases across the organization; Develop, refine, and maintain frameworks to evaluate, prioritize, monitor, and govern AI deployments throughout their lifecycle
- Governance Mailbox Support: Provide ongoing operational support for the AI Governance Mailbox, including timely responses to inquiries, issue tracking, documentation, and escalation as needed; Ensure consistent communication and follow-through on governance-related requests
- Experience in AI governance, compliance, risk management, or operational process management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear recommendations
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and risk management considerations related to AI and emerging technologies
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience supporting enterprise AI programs or governance bodies
- Knowledge of AI risk frameworks, model lifecycle management, or responsible AI principles
- Background in compliance, audit, or regulatory-facing roles
