- Promote and drive adoption of AI/ML solutions across banking and payment systems
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases across payment lifecycle (fraud, reconciliation, KYC/AML)
- Support development of AI strategy aligned with business goals
- Advocate for GenAI adoption across customer service, operations, and engineering
- Educate business and technical teams on AI capabilities and benefits
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs
- Act as a liaison between business, technology, and AI teams
- Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation
- Evaluate feasibility, ROI, and impact of AI initiatives
- Drive innovation initiatives and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and fintech innovations
- Work closely with architects, data scientists, and engineers to guide implementation
