The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, machine learning algorithms, and software engineering, with a passion for solving complex business problems using AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models in production environments
- Develop and optimize algorithms for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
- Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Build and maintain data pipelines and model training workflows
- Fine-tune and evaluate models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and deployment
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory); knowledge of Java/Scala is a plus
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and model deployment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)
- Experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to vector databases and embeddings
