This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions that leverage large language models, machine learning, and advanced data processing technologies. You will work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to create intelligent applications that automate workflows, generate insights, and improve operational efficiency for enterprise customers.

This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions that leverage large language models, machine learning, and advanced data processing technologies. You will work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to create intelligent applications that automate workflows, generate insights, and improve operational efficiency for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies (30%)
- Build scalable backend systems and APIs that support AI and machine learning workloads (20%)
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and intelligent search capabilities (15%)
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and AI models in production environments (10%)
- Create data pipelines and infrastructure to support model training, inference, and analytics workloads (10%)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and implement AI-driven solutions (10%)
- Contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, and the overall AI strategy of the organization (5%)
- 3 years of software engineering experience for mid-level roles; 5 years for senior-level opportunities
- Strong programming experience with Python
- Experience building AI applications using technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or similar foundation models
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools
- Experience building and deploying RAG architectures and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Elasticsearch
- Strong understanding of API development, distributed systems, and scalable cloud-native architectures
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps best practices
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data engineering concepts
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a highly cross-functional environment
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products
- Experience deploying AI agents and workflow automation solutions
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI governance practices
- Experience with financial technology, accounting software, or enterprise business applications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
