Required Skills

- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI pipelines
- Build and integrate agentic AI workflows (orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning)
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions including embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval logic
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems using APIs and MCP integrations
- Develop scalable, maintainable AI services using Python
- Deploy AI workloads in AWS, leveraging managed AI services
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI models and pipelines in production
- Ensure AI solutions align with security, compliance, and responsible AI standards
- MLOps tooling and model lifecycle management
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, etc.)
- Cloud-native architecture and microservices
- Exposure to security, governance, or regulated environments
- Prior experience working in financial services or enterprise-scale systems
