Proven experience implementing at least one real-world AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution.
Educational background matching one of the following criteria: Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience, Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
AI-native workflow habits, directly utilizing AI platforms to elevate personal productivity, planning, and analysis.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
Strong learning agility and comfort operating in a hands-on capacity that spans high-level strategy down through day-to-day execution.

- Break down legacy workflows to construct efficient, target-state human-plus-AI processes.
- Support the design, deployment, and testing of enterprise agents, copilots, or integrated AI workflow solutions.
- Lead organizational change, training, and communication initiatives to drive cross-functional adoption and track value realization.
