Title: Healthcare Solution AI Architect - Contact Center Conversational AI

Location: Minneapolis, MN - Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead AI solution architecture for Contact Center transformation.
• Design and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, Conversational AI, summarization, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with Cloud, ML, and CRM teams for seamless integration.
• Conduct research and prototype new AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy standards.
• Monitor AI system performance and optimize models based on KPIs.
• Train and mentor teams on AI technologies and communicate complex AI concepts effectively.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field (Data Science specialization preferred), or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or AI Architect in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise in LLMs, Conversational AI, NLP, AI/ML pipelines, and cloud AI platforms (Azure AI / Google Google Cloud Platform AI).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, distributed systems, and software architecture.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred:

• Healthcare domain experience.
• Experience with Claude-based AI or other enterprise-grade LLMs.
