Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and lead AI strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve workflows and client service.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and plan for long-term growth.
- Work with leadership to create governance for responsible AI use and data privacy.
- Advance analytics and reporting initiatives for the organization.
- Align AI initiatives with business needs and current systems.
- Promote adoption of AI capabilities and professional development.
- Support resource allocation for high-impact AI projects.
- Oversee AI tools and platforms from development to deployment.
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships for scalable solutions.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead modernization of operations through AI and emerging tech.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments.
- Collect stakeholder feedback to refine AI solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and iterative improvement.
Education & Credentials
- College degree strongly preferred, ideally in technology.
- Relevant technical certifications also preferred.
- Significant experience in designing, implementing, and managing AI solutions, ideally in legal, professional services, or regulated industries.
- Technical expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and automation.
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems and legal workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver tech initiatives on schedule and within budget.
- Experience managing vendors and assessing third-party AI platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
