Position Overview:
We are seeking a senior engineering leader to operationalize AI agents across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role focuses on moving beyond pilots into production‑grade, enterprise‑ready automation that improves speed, quality, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents to automate SDLC activities (planning, development, testing, release, documentation, operations).
- Build and manage agent orchestration workflows with lifecycle management, error handling, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
- Integrate agents into DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, testing frameworks, ITSM, observability, and knowledge platforms.
- Align with enterprise architecture, security, and AI governance standards.
- Drive adoption across delivery teams with playbooks, reference implementations, and measurable outcomes.
- 8 years in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Proven experience operationalizing SDLC automation in enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on experience with governed AI solutions in production.
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks at scale.
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices, compliance, and audit requirements.
- AI agents adopted across delivery teams using repeatable patterns.
- Agents embedded as a trusted part of the SDLC.
- Demonstrated improvements in delivery speed, quality, and stability.
- Sustained compliance with architecture, security, and governance standards.
