- Design and build Gen-AI-driven agents to automate SDLC tasks such as requirements extraction, documentation, and testing support.
- Translate meeting notes, tickets, and emails into structured requirements or user stories using LLM-based summarization and synthesis.
- Integrate agents with developer ecosystems (GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, Slack, Confluence).
- Automate CICD insights summarize build/test failures, recommend optimizations, and suggest deployment actions.
- Generate test cases and validation scripts automatically from requirements or code deltas.
- Support rapid prototyping: build quick proofs of concept, demo iterations frequently, and refine continuously based on feedback.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Product teams to identify high-friction workflows ripe for automation.
- Leverage modern Gen-AI stacks LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks for RAG and agentic automation.
- Ensure responsible AI use by documenting prompts, evaluation metrics, and test coverage for each deployed agent.
- Champion an iterative, agile culture prioritize experimentation over perfection, and learn from rapid feedback cycles.
- Generative AI & LLM Development: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel experience.
- Python / Node.js Prototyping: hands-on scripting, debugging, and iteration skills.
- DevOps / SDLC Tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Jira familiarity.
- API Integration: REST, GraphQL, or Webhooks for connecting developer tools.
- Agile Iteration Mindset: thrives in fast, experimental environments.
- Multi-agent orchestration (crewAI, AutoGen, OpenDevin).
- Testing automation (pytest, Playwright).
- Exposure to MLOps and workflow orchestration (Airflow, MLflow).
