Responsibilities:
- Support internal communications related to AI initiatives and updates
- Share best practices and resources to encourage AI adoption
- Coordinate communities of practice and collaboration across teams
- Track AI usage, adoption metrics, and outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support change management and user engagement efforts
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and awareness activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in communications, technology enablement, or digital initiatives
- General understanding of AI concepts and business use cases
- Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Slack)
- Ability to analyze data and summarize insights
