Must-Have Skills:
- Scrum Master Certification and 3 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in a SAFe environment, including facilitation of all Agile ceremonies.
- Strong expertise with JIRA and Atlassian Align, including backlog creation, sprint planning, roadmaps, productivity reporting, and linking test cases to user stories.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve impediments, collaborate with Product Owners, and communicate team metrics, risks, and performance to stakeholders.
- Experience coaching teams, supporting organizational Agile maturity, and promoting SAFe/Agile best practices across departments.
- Background collaborating with other Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches and assisting with risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
