- Scrum Master Certification
- Minimum three (10) years' experience as a scrum master using Scaled Agile Framework SAFe
- Must show experience identifying impediments and advocating for the resolution/mitigation of the impediments
- Must have served as a Scrum Master for a minimum of one (10) year to Agile teams, with experience in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and quarterly program increment planning.
- Must have minimum three (10) years of experience and knowledge working with of Atlassian JIRA and Align work management tools.
- Must have experience in the ability to create and manage Agile team backlog, sprint plans, roadmaps and productivity reporting within the work management tools.
- Must have experience in the ability to coordinate and link test cases and test results with development of user stories and tasks.
- Must have experience in the ability to promote and support Agile principles and practices across the organization.
- Must have experience in the ability to remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure uninterrupted progress.
- Must have experience in the ability to collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and assist with user story refinement.
- Must have experience in the ability to track and communicate team progress, metrics, and performance to stakeholders.
- Must have experience in the ability to facilitate continuous improvement efforts and support team development and coaching.
- Must have experience in the ability to coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to foster organizational Agile maturity.
- Must have experience in the ability to assist in risk identification and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Has the experience in the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within teams\
- Utility (electric, water, or gas) environment, company, or sector experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies and development best practices.
- Strong and excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master working in Agile software development environments.
- Relevant certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Experience in utility or public sector environments is a plus.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
