Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager for a hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ (local candidates only).
Senior Manager, Agile Delivery Summary:
An established, growing company in the Phoenix area is hiring a Senior Manager of Agile Delivery to support a major evolution in delivery execution and Agile maturity. This is a net-new leadership role, working directly with the hiring manager. This company offers competitive base, annual bonus, 401(k) match, and full benefits.
Duties Include:
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Lead and mature Agile delivery practices across product teams
- Directly manage 4 Scrum Masters
- Drive accountability, predictability, and delivery discipline
- Improve visibility and consistency through strong delivery metrics
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership
- Serve as a hands-on leader during delivery transformation
- Proven experience leading Scrum Masters or Agile Delivery teams
- Strong Agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
- Data-driven leader with measurable delivery improvements
- Comfortable using metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, predictability)
- Technically credible with engineering leaders
- Must be able to demonstrate measurable impact in prior roles
- Able to provide specific examples of delivery transformations they have led
- Comfortable presenting dashboards, reporting frameworks, or concrete before/after results
- We are looking for candidates who can prove their impact with data, not just describe process ownership
- Resume should clearly show quantified outcomes (e.g., improved predictability by X%, reduced cycle time by X%, scaled from X to Y teams, increased on-time delivery by X%)
- Background in SaaS or product-led environments preferred
- Thrives in fast-paced, scaling organizations
- Pragmatic, outcome-focused, not overly bureaucratic
- Experience in environments with clear accountability and demonstrable impact
