Summary:
One of Kforce's clients is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to help translate business needs into actionable backlogs, coordinate quarterly planning and dependencies, and maintain leadership visibility through Jira dashboards and clear status. The incumbent will be responsible for Scrum ceremonies, requirements clarification and acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable flexing between Agile and traditional delivery techniques and collaborating across teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar certification
- 7 years of experience in Agile environments supporting software or technical product delivery
- Experience facilitating and documenting team discussions and managing competing priorities
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently, influence others without authority, and support teams with empathy
- Comfort in hybrid environments blending Agile with traditional project management disciplines
