The Agile Coach will be responsible for optimizing team performance and growth by coordinating and facilitating Agile practices.
The role involves supporting Scrum teams and managing project dependencies using industry-standard project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure team alignment.
Manage dependencies and provide visibility into team delivery plans.
Enable continuous improvement and resolve impediments swiftly.
Promote Agile mindset and empower teams to become self-managing.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the Agile team.
Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master.
Strong foundation in project management.
Experience with Agile tools and methodologies.
