Role Overview

We are looking for a forward-thinking Agentic AI Engineer to design and build next-generation intelligent systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced agentic frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, developing scalable, autonomous systems that solve complex business problems.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop agentic AI solutions using modern frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI
• Build and deploy multi-agent architectures on AWS using Bedrock AgentCore capabilities (Memory, Runtime, Gateway)
• Implement RAG-based systems leveraging vector databases and embedding models
• Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Create scalable, serverless AI solutions using AWS services (Lambda, EKS, APIs)
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms through APIs and data connectors
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance using observability tools like CloudWatch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data engineering, and UX to deliver impactful AI solutions
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI)
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML ecosystems
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI concepts
• Experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, EKS) and cloud-native architectures
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and AI system design patterns
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
