Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate system models (satellites, radars, aircraft, missiles, command & control) into a large-scale, many-on-many AFSIM simulation environment.
- Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team of government and contractor staff.
- Create AFSIM representations of space and ground systems for AF/DoD use, applying engineering judgment to address intelligence gaps and accurately model real-world systems.
- Utilize CI/CD tools to test and evaluate AFSIM models prior to delivery.
- Prepare documentation, analytic reports, and multimedia products to support mission objectives.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, EE, or related field with 8 years of experience; OR Master's degree with 6 years of experience. Equivalent experience, training, or certifications may be accepted in place of a degree.
- Proficiency in C and Modeling & Simulation (M&S) techniques.
- Experience with CMake and Visual Studio for building and compiling AFSIM extensions and plug-ins.
- Experience with AFSIM (Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling), including extensions and plug-ins.
- Strong English-language writing and briefing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a highly technical, collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a mixed government-contractor setting.
- Master's degree in CS, CE, EE, or related field.
- Prior experience at NSIC or NASIC, working with Intelligence Community models and all-source analysis.
- Familiarity with radars, aircraft, missiles, space vehicles, and tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Simulink Coder.
