Role: ADP Project Manager

Must Have Skills:

Hands-on project management experience with ADP platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, GlobalView, or similar)

Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance processes

Experience in ADP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades

Knowledge of system integrations and data migration

Strong experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models

Project management tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced ADP Project Manager with strong domain knowledge in payroll implementations. The candidate should behands-on, capable of operating at task level, and adept at governing, tracking, and executing complex payroll engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ADP payroll implementation or transformation projects
• Own detailed project plans, task-level execution, and delivery governance
• Coordinate across business, HR, payroll, vendors, and technical teams
• Track dependencies, risks, and issues; drive resolution through follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with payroll processes, timelines, and quality standards
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and milestones

• Strong experience managing ADP payroll projects
• Deep understanding of payroll processes and systems
• Ability to operate at task-level detail while maintaining overall governance
• Strong execution, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
