Role Details
- This role has one opening.
- One round of interviews with the host manager.
- Strong possibility of conversion based on performance and budget, but not guaranteed.
- This role is onsite 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Typical working hours are 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
- High school diploma required, bachelor''s degree is a plus.
- Equipment to be provided by the employer.
- Provide structured coordination and operational support across the HRCM project team.
- Manage high visibility activities such as tours, meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
- Apply sound judgment and awareness of a live construction environment to prioritize requests.
- Support both the Director and Sr. Managers by managing administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain organized tracking systems and coordinate communications.
- Provide visibility across project activities to enable effective decision-making and execution.
- Organization & Scheduling: Manages complex calendars and project logistics across leadership.
- Communication & Coordination: Aligns stakeholders and ensures consistent information flow.
- Judgment & Proactive Support: Anticipates needs and prioritizes activities to support execution.
Level IV: 8 Years of Experience. Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include:
- Word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors.
- Scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences.
- Obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
- May work on special projects.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
- Familiarity with MS Office required.
