Key Responsibilities:
Actuarial Analysis & Modeling
- Perform actuarial analyses for life insurance products including:
Universal Life
Pension Risk Transfer (PRT)
- Develop, maintain, and validate actuarial models for pricing, valuation, and forecasting
- Analyze experience data and trends to support business insights and decision-making
- Support product design, pricing, and profitability analysis
- Assess and quantify risks associated with insurance portfolios
- Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and business optimization
- Perform quality assurance and validation of actuarial models and tools
- Ensure models adhere to internal standards and actuarial best practices
- Maintain documentation for models and methodologies
- Collaborate with Finance, Investments, IT, Product, and Underwriting teams
- Translate complex actuarial concepts into business insights
- Support enterprise transformation and strategic initiatives
- Assist with internal and external audit processes
- Ensure compliance with actuarial standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide documentation and support for actuarial assumptions and results
Experience
- 5–10 years of actuarial experience in life insurance
- Strong experience in:

Professional Credentials
- ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) – Required
- FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) – Preferred
