Overview

We are seeking an experienced project manager with Pega to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) V8.x, hold relevant Pega certifications, and be skilled in supporting and enhancing Pega applications for enterprise-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega PRPC V8.x following best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Use Pega Tracer, Splunk, Rally, and SNOW for debugging, monitoring, and workflow management.
• Integrate Pega solutions with external systems using SQL, HTML, and XML.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Pega applications.
• Document technical specifications and support deployment activities.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Pega PRPC V8.x experience (minimum 3 5 years).
• Pega CSA Certification is required (additional certifications like CSSA are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Exposure to HTML and XML for UI and data exchange.
• Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW), Rally, Pega Tracer, and Splunk.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
