Job Description:
- Process and reconcile payments owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, and other organizations.
- Gather purchase orders, sales tickets, invoices, and payment records.
- Maintain accurate payment and transaction documentation.
- Support purchasing and accounts payable activities.
- 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Works under general supervision and relies on judgment to complete assigned tasks.
- Experience with purchase order processing.
- Background in finance/accounting, preferably supporting an engineering organization.
