The Access Control Security Service Technician is responsible for servicing a wide variety of commercial systems. The technician should be knowledgeable and experienced in access control systems, electrified door hardware, CCTV (Analog & IP), and burglar panels. Provides excellent customer service to all clients while working effectively in a high-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs all duties with honesty, integrity, and pursuit of excellence
- ? Provides timely and efficient support to clients and their representatives
- Offers on-site and remote troubleshooting on access control, CCTV, and burglar systems
- Performs on-site repairs when possible
- Advises customers on upgrade needs and options
- Provides training for clients and end users
- Assists installation division with programming and installation when necessary
- Performs upgrades and alarm takeovers as needed
- Submits all necessary documentation on service tickets to Service Manager and support staff
- Maintains accurate inventory of service parts on company vehicle
- Keeps working knowledge of installed systems; adapts to new technology as a lifetime learner
