Key Responsibilities
- Terminate jacks and RJ45 connectors accurately and efficiently
- Perform basic commercial cabling tasks, including pulling and routing cables
- Distinguish and follow color codes for proper cable termination
- Support installation of cabling infrastructure in data centers
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Minimum 5 months of data center cabling experience
- Ability to terminate jacks and RJ45 connectors
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs frequently
- Comfortable working on ladders up to 20 feet and in confined spaces
- Must demonstrate consistent, on-time attendance
