Key Responsibilities
- Lead ISRM workstreams for integrations and divestments
- Develop and enforce security policies and standards
- Create detailed security integration strategies
- Perform cybersecurity due diligence and risk assessments
- Implement risk monitoring and reporting processes
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent
- 7 years in cybersecurity controls and M&A due diligence
- Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR
- Hands-on experience with security integrations
- Leadership in complex, ambiguous environments
- Life sciences cybersecurity experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP
- Familiarity with COBIT and ITIL
