Tax Expert - CPA or EA - Work from Home

We are looking for Tax Experts to join our team for the upcoming tax season at Intuit. If you have an active PTIN and a CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney credential, we would love to connect with you!

• You have at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• You possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation. You are committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• You have excellent customer service skills, and you are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• In this role, you will assist our customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage any product/software inquiries. By doing so, you'll be working towards our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• You'll utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language. We want to make the tax process easier for everyone!
• As a virtual, customer-facing role, you'll use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers. You'll also document interactions to maintain accurate records.
