A Talent Agent Assistant at Gersh supports high-volume desks, interfaces with key industry professionals, and plays a crucial role in day-to-day operations. This opportunity is best suited for candidates who are motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting a Talent Agent and managing a high-volume desk
- Rolling calls, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Generating and tracking submissions and auditions
- Communicating with casting directors, managers, and publicists
- Preparing expense reports and handling travel arrangements
- Drafting professional correspondence and managing materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the entertainment industry (talent agency/management experience preferred)
- Demonstrated interest in a career as a talent agent
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to make a 1.5-2-year commitment in the role
Compensation & Benefits:
