Job Summary:
Hunter by HiringAgents.ai is seeking an experienced Windchill Solutions Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of PTC Windchill for a major player in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects on ProjectLink and/or SUMA modules of Windchill, integrating Windchill with SAP, and ensuring effective lifecycle implementations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Windchill (ProjectLink and/or SUMA) from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and testing.
• Configure workflows, lifecycles, access control, and product structures; develop extensions using Windchill SDK/APIs.
• Drive integrations with SAP or other ERPs, including interface design, mapping, and error handling.
• Lead data migration planning and execution, including validation and reconciliation.
• Establish implementation plans, timelines, and risk/issue logs; report status and drive cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be currently based within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI, United States.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill (configuration, customization, administration).
• Experience as the implementation lead on ProjectLink and/or SUMA.
• Proficiency with Java/JSP, JavaScript, and SQL, including Windchill APIs/SDK.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
Preferred:
• PTC certifications and familiarity with additional Windchill modules (e.g., PDMLink, MPMLink).
• Experience with CAD integration, DevOps/CI for customizations, or test automation.
• Experience in regulated or complex manufacturing environments and Agile delivery practices.
