Job Summary:

• Drive end-to-end quality and development for new SWE CUJs, building necessary evaluations and infrastructure to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with GDM, Cloud and with other DevAI partner teams to productionize prototypes and help shape the strategic direction for our next-gen AI efforts.
• The work requires experience in ideating, prototyping, and productionizing AI features. This involves close collaboration with partners for integration, analyzing experiments, and establishing comprehensive evals.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• Experience leading and influencing in cross-functional collaborations within global teams.
• Experience with Machine Learning.
Preferred:
• Experience with people management in a technical environment.
• Experience with Java, Python, Kotlin, or C .
• Experience with Infrastructure Design.
• Experience with Generative AI.
