Job Summary:

They are seeking a QA Analyst to analyze business and technical requirements, design test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance across applications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective test strategies and plans

• Perform functional, manual, system, and regression testing across web and enterprise applications

• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts using tools like Katalon Studio and Azure DevOps Services

• Conduct test planning, ensuring coverage across Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and business analysts in Scrum environments

• Utilize SQL and Oracle Database for data validation and backend testing

• Perform quality assurance checks on applications integrated with Salesforce.com, ServiceNow, and OnBase

• Track and manage defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and retesting

• Support DevOps processes by integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines

• Apply domain knowledge in ICD-9 and ICD-10 for healthcare-related testing scenarios

• Document test results, report issues, and provide recommendations for improvements

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and product quality

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proficiency in manual testing, functional testing, system testing, and regression testing

• Experience with test automation tools such as Katalon Studio

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database, and backend validation

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, ServiceNow, and OnBase

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps Services)

• Working knowledge of Jira for issue tracking and Confluence for documentation

• Understanding of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards (especially for healthcare applications)

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments

• Strong grasp of software quality assurance principles and test planning

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
