Job Summary:

They are seeking highly motivated Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET) to build and maintain automated testing frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability of releases.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain UI and API test automation for web, desktop, and mobile applications

• Build, deploy, and enhance test automation frameworks for Zoom products and services

• Collaborate with DevOps to troubleshoot environment and deployment issues

• Coordinate effectively with local and offshore teams across different time zones

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab

• Report, track, and troubleshoot issues found through automation testing

• Ability to set up, configure and upgrade testing devices including Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3 years of software testing experience (manual and automation)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) and documentation skills

• Fast learner with self-initiative and a proactive mindset

• Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, C , Python, and comfortable with Linux command line

• Experience with multiple OS platforms including Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS

• Skilled in automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Appium, Pytest

• Understanding of QA life cycle: ability to create test plans and cases, execute manual and automated testing

• Familiar with Git, JFrog, Postman, and UI inspectors

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Test Management tools

Preferred:

• Strong grasp of CI/CD concepts and Jenkins Pipeline scripting

• Lab admin experience

• Knowledge of AWS

• Experience in FedRAMP or government environments

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
