Job Summary:
The Boeing Company is a leader in aerospace innovation, and they are seeking an ERP Information Technology Engineer to join their GOLD support team. The role involves analyzing business processes, supporting system integration, and providing end-user support for their Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Supply Chain management system.
Responsibilities:
• Gathers business information requirements and coordinates change activities
• Supports development and implementation of business architecture
• Supports monitoring and performs quality control actions relating to business information
• Develops and updates information dashboards and reports.
• Conduct system readiness testing to business processes
• Provide administration and monitoring of systems post-implementation Supports project management tasks related to business information integration activities
• Supports and system changes and integration efforts
• Provides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance and training design and delivery
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, CIS, or a closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, engineering, or simulation
• 3 years experience working with an ERP system (such as SAP, GOLDesp) from an IT standpoint
• 3 years of experience in Data Analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) in a project management role
Preferred:
• Experience working with specifically GOLDesp from an IT standpoint
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with functional testing and/or user acceptance testing
• Experience in a role requiring any type process improvement
• Experience with U.S. Military supply chain systems and tools.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile Methodology.
• Experience in user interface design
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, MS Project
