Job Summary:
Hill International is a leading program and project management firm with a global presence, seeking a Data Manager to support their data initiatives. The role involves executing ETL processes, performing data analysis, leading reporting and analytics projects, and providing data visualization support for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Executes ETL processes in order to assess client datasets, and visualize data in an easily consumable way for business stakeholders.
• Performs data analysis and compiles technical reports and findings.
• Understands the client’s industry and business, interprets trends, and learns and implements leading practices and metrics.
• Leads reporting and analytics projects independently.
• Leads departmental data process initiatives and supports interdepartmental data initiatives.
• Development of thorough test plans, ensuring proper functioning of reports and data automation tools.
• Provides program and project data visualization support services and may be a shared resource with other workgroups.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience with data management and visualization.
• Ability to manage projects.
