• Monitoring tickets and logs within the platform

• Monitor/interpret metrics associated with the platform (success/failure, KPIs)
• Use scripts to point transfers to correct buckets and automating services
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2 years of experience
• Linux/Windows administration
• Scripting experience
• Python, PowerShell, Bash or JavaScript
• Security background
• Passwords, encryption, PGP
• File transfer protocol knowledge
• AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, FTPS
• What software have you used it in?
• AWS exposure
Preferred:
• Knowledge of protocols like SFTP, HTTPS (port 443) and LDAP
