Job Summary:
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Software Engagement Specialist to provide product training to customers and deliver presentations to prospective clients. This role involves becoming a product expert, conducting training sessions, and continuously improving presentation materials.
Responsibilities:
• Provide product training to Reynolds and Reynolds customers both in a classroom setting and over the internet in our cutting-edge Learning Labs
• Coordinate and deliver in-person presentations to prospective clients in our state of the art Innovation Center
• Becoming a product expert through company-led training, self-paced software testing, and peer-reviewed run-throughs
• Deliver highly professional persuasive presentations
• Regular improvements of knowledge of the solutions
• System maintenance and training are a part of the daily routine
• Researching, creating, writing, and revising presentation materials
Qualifications:
Required:
• Willingness to travel to customer sites or training centers as required
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Highly motivated and confident
• Must have strong presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred:
• 2 years sales, marketing, or customer support experience preferred
• Automotive or Advertising industry experience is a plus
