Job Summary:
Nymbus is a remote-first company focusing on innovative banking solutions. The Core Implementations Consultant will assist with new client implementations, including Digital Launch and core conversions, ensuring a smooth transition to the Nymbus Core platform while serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and implement Core Processing functionality.
• Document client and internal discussions and decisions.
• Provide consultation to the client during the conversion and implementation process.
• Provide conversion and implementation support to both internal and external clients utilizing phone, email, and other communication methods as applicable.
• Support ongoing client operational issues by diagnosing improvement opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training, professional development, and corrective action.
• Communicate progress and any potential problems to management for awareness and/or resolution.
• Test new features and functionality of the Core product suite.
• Engage with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion and go-live.
• Develop and maintain procedures that are essential to client implementations.
• Be responsible for pre-conversion remote and on-site client assistance to ensure data integrity, which may include third party interfaces.
• Analyze and conduct root cause analysis on incidents during the implementation process.
• Develop and maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion and implementation process.
• Maintain flexibility in schedule to allow for travel.
• Perform all other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of customer service techniques and standards.
• Proven ability to manage efficiency gains as a leader.
• Proven development and motivational skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite (Chat, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective public presentation skills.
• Diligent Time Management and analytical skills.
• Process and detail oriented.
Preferred:
• Several years of banking experience preferred, specializing in Deposits, Loans, GL or Back Office Operations.
