Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and monitor affiliate marketing performance metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in lead generation data to improve targeting, pricing models, and affiliate partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
• Work with data engineers to improve data collection, storage, and reporting automation.
• Ensure data integrity
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or lead generation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with marketing attribution models, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
