• Translate real-world business challenges into actionable data questions and craft thoughtful approaches to answer them.
• Collaborate with a team of data scientists and analysts to explore, model, and interpret large datasets using machine learning, data mining, and statistical tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data so we’re always building on a solid foundation.
• Create compelling reports and visuals that tell meaningful stories—clear, engaging, and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Bring your analytical curiosity to projects that support our mission: from merchandising and marketing to customer experience and sustainability.
Qualifications:
-Required:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience (or a comparable blend of education and experience)
• A strong grasp of core data science principles and a track record of applying them to real-world challenges
• Familiarity with tools like Python, R, and other data science platforms
• Comfort working with a range of data: customer behavior, product performance, and operational trends
• Ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and bring structure to ambiguity
• A strong storyteller who can translate data into insight and insight into action
-Preferred:
• A Master’s degree in a related field
