IT Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Lead Software Testing Analyst to ensure adherence to test practices and processes, contributing to improving test coverage and the quality of deliverables. This role will be responsible for test estimates, schedules, defect management, and contributing to revenue savings by suggesting alternate methods. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of experience in systems analysis, IT quality testing, QA, testing, and SDLC. Experience in healthcare domain is a plus, but not mandatory. This is a remote position with no onsite requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Test Management & Planning :

• Create test estimates and schedules based on project requirements.
• Identify business processes, conduct risk analysis, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Ensure adherence to testing processes and standards, producing test results, defect reports, and evidence of testing.
• Publish root cause analysis (RCA) reports and propose preventive measures.
• Report progress and testing outcomes regularly.
• Contribute to revenue savings for clients by suggesting alternate testing methods.
• Maintain and improve the quality of deliverables.
