What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator 2nd Shift position at JOBPRO?
Multiple openings for Machine Operators on 2nd Shift!
These are temp-to-hire opportunities!
Starting salary is $19.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on level of experience.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operate machines to produce quality parts
- Responsible for “in process” component inspection, both visual and dimensional, using specialty gages and standard measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, optical comparator, CMM)
- Responsible for stopping the machine when parts do not meet requirements
- Able to troubleshoot part and machine deviation issues
- Maintain production records
Requirements:
- High School graduate or demonstration of equivalent skills
- Previous Machine Operator experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand written instructions
- Ability to understand and follow directions
