Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases, from initial client consultation through trial and resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective trial strategies.
- Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, including opening statements, examinations, and closing arguments.
- Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and colleagues to build strong cases.
