What You'll Do
- Lead and grow the Florida water, wastewater, and stormwater practice.
- Develop and mentor engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
- Drive business development efforts, pursuits, and proposal strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
- Provide executive oversight for major water infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with leadership on regional and national growth initiatives.
- Support recruiting, succession planning, and team expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
- PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain).
- 15 years of water, wastewater, and/or stormwater consulting experience.
- Proven success leading teams, winning work, and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of Florida water infrastructure markets and regulations.
- Established industry relationships preferred.
- Previous experience working with Florida municipalities and state organizations in a consulting capacity
