We are seeking a senior operational leader to oversee HVAC operations within a key regional market. This individual will step into a business that requires alignment, structure, and execution discipline, with the opportunity to stabilize and scale operations over time.
This is not a purely strategic role. The focus is on hands-on operational leadership, bringing clarity to teams, improving execution, and driving accountability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across HVAC service, installation, and project execution
- Establish structure, accountability, and operational cadence across teams
- Drive alignment across field operations, project teams, and estimating
- Evaluate current performance and implement targeted improvements
- Oversee project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Partner with estimating teams to improve bid quality and execution outcomes
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability across the business
- Build trust and credibility with field teams and leadership
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
- 10 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or MEP services
- Prior leadership experience in operations (Director, VP, GM, or similar)
- Strong understanding of project execution, field operations, and estimating
- Experience working in environments that require turnaround or transformation
- Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
