We are seeking a Trust and Estate Planning Attorney to advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, wealth transfer planning, and related transactional matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives.
- Advise clients on trust and estate planning strategies, asset protection, succession planning, and wealth transfer matters.
- Handle trust administration matters, including trustee guidance, beneficiary communications, and required notices.
- Work with individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on sophisticated estate planning needs.
- Review client assets, family structures, and planning goals to develop tailored estate plans.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors as needed.
- Manage multiple planning and administration matters while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Support practice development efforts and long term client relationship growth.
- Active and good standing California Bar admission required.
- Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required.
- Experience handling trust and estate planning, trust administration, and related transactional matters.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working directly with clients, fiduciaries, families, and professional advisors.
- Interest in collaborative practice development and long term professional growth.
- Ability to meet 1,850 annual billable hours.
