Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Engineer, Water Treatment Manager. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in water treatment processes, regulatory compliance who is passionate about ensuring safe, high-quality water for communities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage municipal water treatment projects from planning and design through construction.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal water quality regulations, including reporting and documentation.
Optimize treatment processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain water quality standards.
Develop and manage plant budgets, schedules, and operating procedures.
Collaborate with engineering teams on system improvements, upgrades, and asset management initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental.
Extensive experience in water treatment projects specifically out of a consulting firm
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain via reciprocity
5 years of experience in consulting engineering, with a strong focus on municipal water systems
